Please read these terms carefully, and print and keep a copy of them for your records.

Disclaimer

Jo for Girls Designer Jewellery is recommended for children over the age of three. - Small parts that make up the jewellery could, if swallowed, lead to choking.  Jewellery should not be worn overnight or for the initial healing period of ear piercing.  All items for jewellery made from 925 Sterling Silver.

Images

The images of the jewellery do not represent the actual size of the item.  We have made every effort to display the jewellery accurately however please be aware that colours and images can vary slightly according to the monitor that they are viewed on.  The Murano Glass beads colour may change in hue, this is due to the fact that they are hand made.

You may not copy, reproduce or otherwise use our images except for your own personal, non-commercial use unless permission is given.

Payment       

We accept most major credit cards with the exception of American Express.  Our payments are processed through RBS World Pay and their secure servers.

Delivery

All UK orders are despatched post free.

Next day delivery is available Mon - Thursday.  Unfortunately we cannot guarantee next day delivery for orders placed on a Friday.

On receipt of your order we will aim to deliver your goods to you within 7 working days by Royal Mail.

Cancellation and Returns

Damaged/Faulty Goods

We check every item of jewellery prior to its despatch but should you find the jewellery to be faulty or damaged in anyway on receipt then we will happily exchange them. 

In the interest of health and hygiene we MUST insist that earrings are returned in the original bags supplied and that they have not been worn. 

When returning the jewellery you MUST ensure that it is returned in exactly the same condition that you received it in.

1)    Please inform us within 7 days of receipt of the goods of any faults to our email sales@joforgirls.co.uk

2)    Please make sure that you return the goods by either Royal Mail Recorded 1st Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery at your own expense (we accept no responsibility for goods that are not returned this way).

3)    Returns must be addressed to:    Jo for Girls Website Returns, PJC, Aberfeldy, Perthshire, PH15 2DJ

It would be helpful when returning goods to include your full name and address along with the original order number.

Cancellation

From the date when you place your order you may cancel your order up to 7 working days after the date of delivery.  The goods must be returned in their original condition along with their original boxes and outer sleeves.  A refund will be made within 30 days - If the goods are not returned in their original condition we will charge you for a reduction in value.
