Disclaimer
All of our jewellery is recommended for children over the age of three. - Small parts that make up the jewellery could if swallowed lead to choking. Jewellery should not be worn overnight or for the initial healing period of ear piercing. All items for jewellery made from 925 Sterling Silver.
Images
The images of the jewellery do not represent the actual size of the item. All sizes given are approximate. We have made every effort to display the jewellery accurately however we are aware that colours and images can vary slightly according to the monitor that they are viewed on.
Payment/Delivery
We accept most major credit cards apart from American Express. Our payments are processed through World Pay and their secure servers.
All orders are despatched post free.
On receipt of your order we will aim to deliver your goods to you within 7 working days by Royal Mail.
Returns
We endeavour to supply goods to the highest quality and service but if you are dissatisfied you may return the goods within 7 days. In the interest of health and hygiene we cannot accept earrings back under any circumstances.
1) These goods must be returned with their original presentation boxes.
2) The jewellery must not have been worn or damaged in any way.
3) If on their return the goods are found to be damaged in any way then no refund will be given. If the goods are still in their original condition then a full refund will be given.

It would be helpful when returning goods to include your full name and address along with the original order number.
Damaged/Faulty Goods
We check every item of jewellery prior to its despatch but should you find the jewellery to faulty on receipt then we will happily exchange them.
1) Please inform us within 7 days of receipt of the goods of any faults to our email joforgirls@perthshirejewellery.co.uk
2) The goods must be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery (we accept no responsibility for goods that are not returned this way).
3) Returns must be addressed to:
